I make things up to take problems down
Long story short: I’m a certified open-water diver, so I know that whether you’re in the ocean or brainstorming, the good stuff is found by going deeper. Bull sharks, poisonous fish, challenging clients—I’ve dived with them all. That taught me to stay calm under pressure, swim against the current, and kick like hell to keep ideas afloat.
I’ve also dabbled in Taekwondo and some boxing, so I’m used to pain, sweat, blood, and punching above my weight to make things happen.
My work? A decade as a writer, ACD, and CD for global brands in Latin America and Southeast Asia has allowed me to bring some pretty wild ideas to life. We built giant toy tracks on busy avenues, created coffee-deprived billboards that literally nodded off, ran a shady slapping contest, and even shoplifted to test store security. We tricked 150 million pilgrims into washing their hands and sold human organs on an eBay-style site (long story, I’ll tell you later).
